Noblessner

Noblessner is a former submarine harbour in northern Tallinn, which is currently undergoing huge development. Art galleries and restaurants have sprung up in the old factory buildings, and the architecturally elegant new buildings are an attraction in themselves. Noblessner is one of the most interesting new areas in Tallinn at the moment.
